Summer Workouts

RISING MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL

June 7-July 29

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
 

*No workouts May 31-June 4 or June 28-July 2.

 

Optional summer strength and agility workouts are available to all MPC athletes in any sport, grades 6-12. Workouts are held in the Knox Athletic Performance Center. Work with certified trainers and coaches for a total athletic experience in the off-season. 

 

High School Boys: 8:00-10:15 a.m.

High School Girls: 10:15 a.m.-11:15 a.m.

Middle School Boys: 11:15 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Middle School Girls: 12:00 p.m.-12:45 p.m.

 

Cost: included in athletic fee (see below)

SUMMER TRAINING INCLUDED IN ATHLETIC FEE

New for 2021-2022, the once-yearly MPC athletic fee will now include summer workouts. The athletic fee is paid once by every athlete who participates on a team, regardless of the number of sports played. The $100 fee includes

  • Opportunity for summer training with certified strength and conditioning coaches,
  • Summer nutrition program,
  • Costs for officials, and
  • Athletic equipment.

The fee is required for all athletes, even if athletes opt not to participate in summer workouts
